Outlined below are the services that I provide as part of BGC Sports and Fitness. These services can be adapted to suit your needs and abilities.

PERSONAL TRAINING
If you are not ready to take part in a fitness class or you want more focus on achieving your personal goals, then this might be the right option for you. I offer 1 to 1 and group personal training sessions (up to 3), which are focused on helping you to take further action and steps towards achieving your goals. These sessions can take place on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis. I can guarantee an increase of motivation from these sessions, as well as improvements in fitness. These sessions can be adapted to your abilities. Prices will vary depending on the location of the sessions and frequency of the sessions. FITNESS CLASSES

If you are looking to socialise and have fun within a group setting, then this might be the right option for you. These sessions incorporate a range of different exercises, so you will never get bored. Each exercise will be adapted on the day to suit your abilities. There is no pressure at these sessions. You can work as hard as you feel comfortable. These sessions are great to help challenge you to be the best you can be. Most of these sessions will be taking place at Aldborough Village Hall. Examples of classes offered include Greatest HIITs, Boxercise, Stretch, Flow and Mind, and much more!

STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING PACKAGE
If you are looking to having more focus on improving your performance in a particular sport, then this might be the best option for you. This package is adapted to suit the needs of your sport. I will work alongside you to improve different components that are needed for your sport. After an initial consultation, you will perform a variety of tests to assess your current fitness and ability within your chosen sport. From these results, a programme will be designed to help focus on specific components of fitness. Most of the sessions may take place face to face to ensure the correct form and technique is adhered to throughout the programme (this can be discussed further). As part of this package, you will get weekly check-in's to go through how the programme is going and whether any changes need to be made.

RUNNING SPECIFIC COACHING / PROGRAMMES

If you are looking to train for a particular race or want to improve your time in a particular distance, then this might be the right option for you. This starts off with an initial consultation to discuss your goals and your current levels of fitness. As part of this package, you will get weekly check-in's to discuss your progress and make any necessary changes to your programme. No matter whether you are training for a 5K or a marathon, I will be here to help you every step of the way! Prefer to train on your own? Don't worry, there is an option to have a programme designed for you to do in your own time. You will still receive the weekly check-ins to make sure you are happy or whether you would like to discuss anything in relation to your programme / training. Running specific workshops are also available (Please contact me to find out more about this).

CHALLENGES
Do you like to take part in challenges in your own time? I regularly design challenges, which you can complete at your own pace in your own home. Each challenge usually has a theme, so I can guarantee lots of fun while staying active while completing these challenges. Anyone can take part in these challenges and there are no deadlines (Apart from on specific challenges such as the Christmas Cracker Challenge and the Easter Challenges). However, if you would like more of a structure, get in touch and I will be happy to have a discussion with you to arrange this.

Meditation
Are you looking for sessions where you can just sit or lie down, listening to a guided meditation? There will be small group and one-to-one sessions coming in the future.

Online Fitness Classes
Haven't found a class that suits your current circumstances? Don't worry, I will soon be setting up some online classes, which will involve there being a range of classes pre-recorded online, so you can access them from the comfort of your home.
